Raspberry-Blueberry Smoothie

If you are feeling like Granola Dad, here is a sweet recipe.  You can make it vegan by using soy yogurt, and the taste difference is imperceptible.  This is healthy and fairly lo-cal.  All you need is a blender for this one!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup fruit juice (pineapple/oj/combos)
  • 1/2 cup non fat yogurt (use soy yogurt for vegan)
  • 1 cup ice

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high setting until smooth

I like to run my frozen berries under cold water to thaw them slightly before use!
